Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Durrës. Travel through Albania’s countryside toward the Tomorr Mountains. Enjoy scenic views of rolling hills, forests, and rivers while your guide shares stories about local legends and hidden gems.
Arrive at Bogova Waterfall, one of Albania’s most beautiful and secluded natural spots. Take a short hike to the waterfall through lush greenery. Swim or relax in the natural pool (seasonal), take stunning photos in a pristine alpine setting, and listen to the sounds of nature far from the crowds.
Next, travel toward Berat, enjoying panoramic views of the Osum River valley and the surrounding mountains. Explore the Mangalem and Gorica neighborhoods, Berat’s iconic UNESCO World Heritage districts, famous for their Ottoman-era architecture and “thousand windows” facades.
Walk across the stone bridge of Gorica, stroll along cobblestone streets and hidden alleys, and make photo stops with panoramic city views. Discover small artisan shops, local cafés, and historic houses.

We loved this day trip from Durres. Berat was stunning, and the walk to Bogova Waterfall was totally worth it. Artan was an excellent guide.
The old town of Berat is beautiful and full of history. Our Guide Joni explained everything clearly and made it fun. The waterfall was refreshing after the walk.
It was very hot the day we went, and the walk to Bogova Waterfall felt longer because of that. But once we arrived, it was amazing. Super cold water, very refreshing. Artan was great and kept the group motivated.
The tour was well organized and Joni was very friendly. For me the drive from Durrës felt a bit long, but overall, a good experience. The waterfall is small but nice.
Booked this without big expectations, but honestly one of the best days of our trip. Berat is beautiful and the nature around Bogova Waterfall is very peaceful.
Everything was smooth from pickup in Durrës. Mario explained things but not too much, which I liked. The waterfall water is freezing but nice for a quick dip.
Important tip: bring water and sneakers. The path to Bogova Waterfall is not difficult but not flat either. Nice place, just be prepared.
We booked this tour last minute and didn’t expect too much, but it turned out great. Pickup from Durrës was smooth and the car was comfortable. Berat is a really special place, very photogenic. The waterfall part was also nice, although smaller than I imagined, but still worth the walk. Artan shared a lot of interesting stories and made the whole day enjoyable.
This tour was one of our favorite experiences in Albania. The combination of Berat and nature is perfect. Artan was a great guide, very passionate and easy to talk to. The walk to Bogova Waterfall was enjoyable and not too difficult. When we arrived, it felt like a hidden place, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. We even went into the water for a few seconds it’s extremely cold but fun! Would definitely recommend.
