2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or our booking system. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.
- Payment can be made in cash (EUR or ALL) or by card, as specified for each tour.
- Additional costs such as entrance fees, meals, or personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full tour price.
- If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Tour Conditions
- Tour itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants must follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner that could endanger themselves or others.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. Liability
Durrës Daily Tours acts as a tour operator and takes reasonable measures to ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, we shall not be held liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a tour.
- Injuries resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Services provided by third-party vendors (restaurants, attractions, transport companies).
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel insurance before joining any tour. Durrës Daily Tours does not provide insurance coverage.
